I don’t take a ton of commissions, but when I do, I love making something that truly connects with people, especially if it’s in my own style. Most of the time, that means colorful, cartoonish, and a little weird (the fun kind of weird). Pet portraits are always a favorite, they’ve been known to make people laugh, cry, or both! The feeling of being truly connected to a painting that makes a person experience that much emotion is the reason I make commissions. 

If you’re looking for something realistic or highly specific, just know that I work best when there’s room for creative freedom. Think of it like this: you bring the idea, I bring the chaos (in a good way).

A few things to know:

• Turnaround time depends on the piece, usually 2-4 months. Be patient with me because like the old guy from Toy Story 2 said, “You can’t rush art”.
• I mostly work in acrylic, sometimes oil.
• Sizes typically range from small to mid-size, but I’m open to big ideas.
• Pricing varies by size and complexity, somewhere in the realm of “affordable but professional”.
